The 2026 PHL Season was the PHL's second season. Ahead of the new year, the PHL instituted the 2026 PHL Entry Draft to allow professional teams to select collegiate players from the CHL. Via lottery, the Pittsburgh Penguins were awarded the first overall pick of the inaugural draft.
