cultur3/bundy Era (2023-2024)
The Suns initally turned the roster over during the 2023 season, culminating in drawing the #2 overall pick of the 2024 Draft, where GM Bundy would select Adel Ali. During the 2024 Playoffs, following a mysterious disappearance of cultur3, Bundy and the Suns embraced the “Phoenix Moons” moniker bestowed upon them by the media and fans alike.

After cultur3 tragically disappeared in a “Colombian skiing incident” following his personal move to Las Vegas during the 2024 season, Bundy took sole possession of the Moons. The Suns officially rebranded to the “Phoenix Moons” during this time.

Season Outcomes
2021
In 2021 the Suns were founded by osu.
Phoenix was given the 15th overall selection in the inaugural selection draft, selecting PG Arthur Smith out of SMU Mustangs.
The Suns finished 31st in the League at 18-34, and 15th in the Western Conference over only the Utah Jazz.
2023
Following league-wide dormancy during the 2022 season, the Suns acquired one-time Milwaukee Bucks founder Bundy to be their general manager in new owner Cultur3's first major move after acquiring the franchise from the League.
The Suns earned the 6th overall pick in the Draft via the lottery, trading down to the 9th overall selection with the Atlanta Hawks and then selecting PF Edward Furr out of TCU.
In 2023 the Suns went 29-53 finishing last in the Mountain Division behind the Jazz, Nuggets, and Thunder. They did not qualify for the playoffs, finishing 12th in the Western Conference standings.
Despite the season resulting in another missed playoffs appearance, it was seen as a major cultural improvement spearheaded by undrafted or acquired rookies, notably PG Reginald Lovelace (UDFA, Ohio State) and SG Viktor Raulerson (2nd Round, 80th overall by OKC out of Wake Forest).
2024
In 2024, the Suns earned the 2nd overall selection in the draft through the Lottery, selecting PG Adel Ali out of Algeria.
